Since your websites/hosting accounts/FTP services etc. are on a shared server with shared resources, which are shared & used by other users using similar services as yours, we may suspend/terminate your websites/hosting accounts/FTP services etc. without intimation if we find that your usage of these services is putting extra strain on the server resources providing services to you, resulting in denying normal usage to other users. Under such circumstances, you would be advised to upgrade your services maintained with us or to stop using them immediately. Any loss arising out of suspension/termination of your websites/hosting accounts/FTP services etc., will be yours (Customer / Client / Reseller / User) alone and Server-USA.net cannot be held responsible for such loss. Services may be restored, at our discretion, on satisfactory steps taken by you to address the issue/s. Fair Use Policy: This policy is implemented to prevent the misuse / overload of our servers. Accounts that overload the CPU or cause the web server to slow down for any reason will be asked to reduce the amount of load and traffic or upgrade to a premium hosting or dedicated server option. Even if the customer upgrades we reserve the right to lock specific files or scripts that are found to still be overusing the CPU on their own and notify you of this. If this issue is not resolved promptly Server-USA.net reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without a refund if we feel that an account is jeopardizing our network and hence violating our TOS. Server-USA.net will remain the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this policy. No Backups: Please maintain your own backups as we will Not be able to provide backups of your data. You / your customers / your users can send all your support requests to admin@server-usa.net or submit support tickets at http://Server-USA.net. We try to answer all support requests within 24 hours.
